A new record label, called DigSin, promises to end the standards of other music companies. She wants to publicize the artists’ songs in an unusual way, promoting the free download of the tracks through her own website, so that you “enjoy music for free from 2012”.
The songs will be sold normally on iTunes and will be streamed on Spotify. But, according to Jay Franks, owner of the company, there will be download links free of charge on the label’s website, which will be funded by advertisements and advertising, according to the website The Next Web.
In your page on Facebook, DigSin says it believes “in the incredible talent of our artists and we want to share their music with you. We are committed to delivering the best new music to fans, for free”.
For Jay, it is more important to know more information about who is listening to a certain song than to make money from each of them, despite admitting that the advertisements will make money.
This Monday (01/30) the first song of the label was released. Electro-pop singer NNXT will be DigSin’s newcomer. His 1st song, called DRNK TXTNG, is already available for download.
