Xbox Music will go live on October 26th

Announced in June, Microsoft’s Xbox Music music service will go live with the launch of Windows 8, according to the The Verge.

The streaming music platform will offer content both in a subscription plan and in a free version with advertising.

The service will be available on October 26 and can be accessed on Windows Phone, Windows 8 and Xbox 360 devices.

In the future, users of iOS and Android devices will also have an Xbox Music app, but when it will be released it has not yet been released by Microsoft.
