New iTunes has release postponed to the end of November

Announced in September, iTunes 11 will take a little longer than expected to be released. Apple announced on Tuesday, 30, that its software, announced with the iPhone 5, should be available only at the end of November.

“The new iTunes is taking longer than we expected and we want to use a little more time to make it work properly. We are looking forward to launching this new version, with a dramatically simpler and cleaner interface with integration with iCloud”, Tom Neumayr, Apple’s representative, said in a statement.

As Neumayr has already said, the new version of Apple’s music software, applications and media manager will have a renewed design that will make the program more aligned with the iOS style. In addition, the integration with iCloud, and the split screen mode are also new.

Further information about the iTunes update was expected at the event when the company announced the iPad mini, but no new information was given on this matter.
