Facebook announced on Wednesday, 17, that global brands could use a single fan page to operate in all their markets. Each country will see an adapted version of the same page, or specific editions from a single address.
The social network will use local tracking to find out where the user is accessing and then direct you to the ideal version. With this, brands will be able to run global campaigns using a single page address, because no matter where they access, the Internet user will always see the content in their language.
By the end of the year, Facebook will have made available a complete tool for global and local monitoring, so that administrators will know how the shares are performing, both in full scale and in regional terms.
