There is no more doubt in the music market: Apple will even launch an online radio service. And “iRadio” – as it has been called – will start operating in the middle of the year.
The guarantees were made by “several” people in the industry The Verge, according to which “significant” progress has been made in conversations with two major labels: Universal and Warner.
In October, executives from Vivendi (Universal Music), Warner and Sony were seen at Apple’s headquarters in California to hear about what the company intended to launch, as reported by Olhar Digital.
The parties talk to define the income distribution model, which will be obtained by selling advertisements. Sources familiar with the talks said at the time that the service would be available in the first three months of 2013.
