Sony slashed its annual profit targets after posting sharp quarterly losses. The loss in the last period was $ 197 million. The image division, responsible for the production of films, recorded a loss of US $ 181 million.
Revenue in the period grew 10.6%, reaching US $ 18.1 billion, with the mobile device sector accounting for US $ 4.27 billion – an increase of 39% in the annual comparison.
