The Facebook announced today to start testing the display of network advertising on third-party mobile apps.
“Our goal is to demonstrate even greater reach with the same power as Facebook for advertisers, both on and off Facebook,” says the company, in a note.
It is not the first time that the network makes such a test, but this is different because it uses the company’s internal network of partners for disclosures.
According to Facebook, only a few advertisers will be able to take advantage of this new feature. “We will share more details over the next few months.”
