Starting this Tuesday, 14, Netflix will add audio descriptions to its original productions so that people with visual impairments can follow what is going on in the programs.
When activating the resource, the user adds a narration track to the original audio to the program. It will describe physical actions, facial expressions, costumes, adjustments and changes of scenery.
Today, the newly released Daredevil will already have the novelty, which will be available – at least initially – only in the United States and Canada. Other original productions, such as House of Cards, Orange is the New Black and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, will also receive the resource.
