Star Trek actor who dies Spock dies

The actor Leonard Nimoy, famous for having given life to the Star Trek character Spock, died this Friday, 27, at the age of 83.

The living Susan Bay Nimoy reported that the actor was admitted to a California hospital and recalled that he suffered from a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease linked to smoking – which he had quit more than 30 years ago.

The disease had already been revealed by Nimoy himself in February 2014, but was in a terminal stage.
