SoundCloud will have program to remunerate artists

SoundCloud is preparing to launch a remuneration program for artists who have their music posted on the service. And the first company to close the deal was the giant Warner Music.

According to the The Next Web, the format will debut in the first half of 2015 and will operate under the On SoundCloud advertising program.

Thus, the artist will receive some money for each remix and mash-up performed with his music and, also, for reproductions – as occurs in services such as Spotify and Deezer.
