As reported by Digital Convergence, the company wants Marco Civil to contemplate three points. The first one prevents connection providers from degrading or discriminating against specific sources of data. It also asks that they be prevented from favoring providers of specific content in exchange for payment or other form of advantage.

Finally, the company suggests: “Broadband service providers, within their capacity as the only providers of connection services to the end user, will not be able to charge content and application providers for the right of access, and should provide such right of access. free access to Internet content providers, so that consumers can, in fact, experience the broadband speeds they hire. “
